硫酸改性Hβ沸石催化合成油酸丁酯

Catalytic synthesis of n-butyl oleate by sulfate-modified Hβ zeolite

摘要 以油酸和正丁醇为原料,硫酸改性Hβ沸石为催化剂,催化合成油酸丁酯。结果表明,适宜的酯化反应条件为:酸醇摩尔比为1∶2,催化剂用量为原料总质量的5%,带水剂用量为5 mL/0.05 mol油酸,反应温度120℃,反应时间为5 h,此时酯化率可达76.7%。 The catalytic synthesis of n-butyl oleate with oleic acid and n-butanol as raw material, sulfate- modified the H~ zeolite as catalyst. The result shows that the optimal esterification conditions are the mo- lar ratio of oleic acid to n-butanol is 1 : 2 ,the amount of catalyst is 5% ,the amount of water-carrying agent is 5 mL/0.05 tool oleic acid, the reaction temperature is 120 ℃, the reaction time is 5 h ,the esterification ratio is 76.7%.
