摘要
以二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、2-甲基-2-丙烯酰胺基丙磺酸(AMPS)、阳离子单体X为共聚单体,总单体含量为30%,采用水溶液聚合方法制得了一种四元共聚物BC-13。性能评价表明,该聚合物可直接用作盐酸稠化剂,其酸溶性好,溶胀时间为25 min;90℃下恒温2 h,0.8%的BC-13可以使酸液粘度保留率达90%;剪切稳定性好;具有良好的抗盐性能;与其它酸液添加剂配伍性良好。
It prepared a four copolymer BC-13 by aqueous solution polymerization, which can be used as an acid thicker and the monomers are acrylamide (AM), anionic monomer 2-acryamido-2-methylpropane sulfate acid (AMPS) ,cationic monomers propylene diene dimethyl ammonium chloride (DMDAAC)and X that be synthesized in the Lab. and the total monomer content is 30%. Evaluated the performance of the BC-13, and the results show that the thicker dissolution in hydrochloric acid fast and the viscosity tends to be stable after 25 min;BC-13 has good temperature resistance and viscosity retention ratio of the acid liq- uid contain 0.8% BC-13 reached 90% at 90℃;the product also has excellent shearing resistance and re- sistance to salt properties, and has good compatibility with other acid additives.
