摘要
杂交稻制种亲本的生理差异的比较研究发现 ,过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶活性在不同湿度下受温度的影响不同。开颖过程中 ,浆片中可溶性糖增加量不等于其所含淀粉水解生成量 ,不育系浆片中可溶性糖的增加较多地依靠外部输送 ,恢复系则主要靠浆片中淀粉的水解。温汤促颖时 ,开颖颖花浆片的膨大、可溶糖及淀粉总含量均不及正常开颖时。
The physiological differences of parental plants were studied.Activities of enzymes(POX and CAT) were differently influenced by temperature under different humidity. The increase of soluble sugar was not equal to the starch in lodicules which was disintegrated during flowering. The soluble sugar was mainly transferred from other in maternal plants, but mainly from starch's disintegration in paternal plants. When flowering was stimulated by hot water, the lodicules were smaller than usual, soluble sugar and starch content was also lower than usual. The lodicule expansion was not the only reason for flowering.
