人工养鳖池水质的理化特征和细菌状态的研究 被引量:4

摘要 对塑料棚温室养鳖池 5次的定点采样调查结果表明 :养殖水体的污染特征主要表现为氨氮、亚硝态氮和有机耗氧量的升高 ,平均值分别为 3.85mg/L、0 .0 8mg/L和 78.0 5mg/L ;水体中异养细菌数量为 5.70× 1 0 5~ 1 .33× 1 0 8cfu/mL(g) ,水层和底泥中基本处于同一水平 ;分离鉴定出的 1 2 3株优势菌株表现为以降解蛋白质为主的芽孢杆菌属和黄杆菌属以及以分解碳水化合物为主的假单胞菌属共计 1 1个属 ;化能自养菌中的硝化细菌属数量极少 ,波动在 1 2~ 34个 /mL( g) Five times sampling survey in turtle ponds within greenhouse was conducted, the results were as follows: the pollution properties in the pond were that the amount of NH 4 +-N,NO 2 --N and COD increased,with the mean amount of 3.85 mg/L, 0.08 mg/L and 78.05 mg/L respectively; heterotrophic bacterical count(HBC) had great fluctuation from 5.7×10 5 to 1.33×10 8 cfu /mL(g),with the same level in water as in sediment. HBC was correlated with the concentration of organic matter. From the pond 123 strains of dominant species were isolated,belonging to 11 genera.Among them Bacillus,Flavobacterium mainly degrade carbohydrates, Pseudomonas mainly decomposes protein. The number of nitrobacteria was very limit,with the range of bacterial count of 12~34/mL(g).
