摘要
分别采用低温和咖啡因对红豆杉 (Taxuschinensis)细胞进行处理 ,诱导细胞分裂同步化。结果显示 ,4℃处理 2 4h效果最好 ,分裂指数提高 1 1 5.7%,χ2 =1 6.82 0 ,显著性极高。 8℃处理一定时间分裂指数也可显著提高。而 1 5℃处理效果最差。
Taxus chinensis cells were treated with low temperature and caffeine in order to induce their mitotic synchronization.The results indicated:when the temperature was set at 4 ℃ for 24 hours,the effect was the best,the mitotic index was extremely significantly increased to 115.7%(χ 2=16.820);when the temperature was set at 8 ℃ for a certain period of time,the mitotic index was increased significantly;while the temperature was set at 15 ℃,the effect was the worst.If these cells were treated with caffeine of high concentration for a short period of time,their mitosis could also be synchronized.
