脉冲场凝胶电泳在食源性疾病溯源中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 食源性疾病已突破传统的暴发范畴,呈现出多地同源暴发或"不相关"散发的趋势,给人群健康造成直接或潜在的危害,对政府防控工作也提出了新的挑战。脉冲场凝胶电泳可揭示病例、可疑食品及污染环节中病原菌间的遗传相关性,起到明确诊断及早期预警作用。本文对该技术的原理、影响因素、结果分析及其在食源性疾病溯源中的应用作一介绍。 The model of food-borne disease outbreaks has changed; moreover,it shows multistate homologous outbreaks or ‘irrelevant' sporadic trend.It will cause directly or potential hazards to human health and bring new challenge to the government for prevention and control of food-borne diseases.Pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) can evaluate the relationship of strains isolated from different resources,depending on their biochemical traits or genomic characteristics,so we can trace back the source of the infection.Therefore,it can make a definitive diagnosis and play a role in the early warning.This article introduces the principles of PFGE,influencing factors,result analysis,and makes a review of the application of PFGE in the source-tracking of food-borne diseases.
