摘要
研究表明 ,链霉菌融合子SR - 7抗细菌新活性物质的适宜发酵条件为 :选用 51 0 2-Ⅰ号素培养基 ,在 2 8℃下 ,摇瓶发酵 96～ 1 2 0h左右。
Research indicated that the optimum fermentation conditions for the production of new anti bacterial active substance by the streptomycete fusant SR-7 were:the medium 5102-Ⅰ,a temperature of 28 ℃ and ofermentation time of 96～120 h.
