研究了从桔皮中提取橙皮苷的一种新方法。优化条件是 :按干桔皮与 95%乙醇质量比 1∶2 0投料 ,在 50℃下浸提 3次 ,每次 4h ,总浸提效率达 5.37%。

A new method was studied on extracting hesperidin from orange peel. The optimum conditions were: 95% alcohol and orange peel mass ratio 20∶1, extracted 3 times at 50 ℃, 4 h each time.The total yield was up to 5.37%.
