摘要
机床作为制造业的工具设备,其质量决定了制造产品的质量。针对目前机床行业存在的老、旧和自动化水平不高的特点,应用产品部件全寿命周期评价管理手段(LCA),分析了机床部件回收再制造和绿色设计的重要性。针对旧机床主要零部件的特点,制定机床回收再制造工艺和策略,着重探讨了其数控化改造的经济、社会效益。基于实现机床最大可回收再制造价值策略,建议在机床设计时采用面向拆卸的设计和模块化的机床绿色设计方法。
According to the characteristics of the machine tools, applies life-cycle-assessment management method to analyze machine components recycling remanufacturing and importance of green design, discusses the machine tool main parts recycling and re-manufacturing process and strategy. It also discusses the economic and social benefits of NC reformation and machine tools' green design methods based on design-for-disassembly (DFD) and modular methods to gain largest value of its recycling and re-manufacturing.
