21种人乳头瘤病毒基因亚型分布特征的分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨女性人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染患者的基因型分布特征。方法对1623例患者采用导流杂交法进行21种HPV基因亚型检测。结果①1 623例患者中有798例检测出HPV感染,HPV DNA阳性率为49.2%。30~39岁患者HPV DNA阳性率(54.3%)最高,20~29岁患者HPV DNA阳性率(27.3%)最低。②798例HPV感染患者中620例(77.7%)患者单一基因型HPV感染,178例(22.3%)患者多重基因型HPV感染。③除HPV43型以外,其余20种亚型均被检测出,其中以HPV16型(55.4%)阳性率最高,其余依次为HPV52型(14.9%)、HPV58型(13.7%)、HPV18型(9.1%)、HPV33型(7.5%)等。结论年龄与HPV阳性率有一定的关系。本地区HPV感染患者以单一基因型感染最为常见,主要高危型包括HPV16型、HPV52型、HPV58型等。 Objective To investigate the distributional features of gene subtypes of human papillomavirus ( HPV ) pa- tients. Methods 1 623 cases of patients who received HPV DNA subtypes detection were selected as the study objects, and the flow-through hybridization was applied to detect the 21 kinds of HPV subtypes. Results ①798 cases were found to be HPV infected, and the positive rate of HPV DNA was 49.2%. The patients aged 30 -39 had the highest positive rate (54.3 % ), while the patients aged 20 -29 had the lowest positive rate (27.3 % ). ②Among the 798 cases of patients with HPV infection, 620 cases (77.7%) were infected with single genotype of HPV,while 178 cases (22.3 % ) were infected with multiple genotypes of HPV. ③Except HPV43 ,the remaining 20 subtypes were all detected,and the HPV 16 had the highest positive rate(55.4% ), and the rest were HPV52( 14.9% ) ,HPV58( 13.7% ) ,HPV18 (9.1%) ,HPV33 (7.5%) successively. Conclusion There has certain relationship between age and HPV positive rate. The primary infection type is single genotype infection, and the main high-risk types include HPV16, HPV52, HPV58, etc.
