摘要
目的探讨TLR4基因与宫颈癌发生的关系及其与HIF-1α的相关性。方法采用RT-PCR法,检测80例HPV阳性宫颈病变标本中TLR4和HIF-1α表达情况。结果随着宫颈病变程度地加重,TLR4和HIF-1α基因水平逐渐上升,差异有显著性意义(F/P值分别为16.23/0.0041和15.42/0.0072);且宫颈癌组织中,TLR4表达与HIF-1α表达呈正相关性(γ=0.491,P<0.05)。结论 TLR4基因参与了宫颈癌的发生发展,且其表达与HIF-1α表达相关。
Objective To study the role of TLR4 in the occurrence of cervical lesions and its relationship with HIF-1α. Methods RT-PCR method was used to detect the gene expression of TLR4 and HIF-1α in the 80 specimen of cervical tissues with HPV infection. Results Aceompaning the increasing degree of the cervical lesions, the gene expression of TLR4 and HIF-1 increased gradually, and the difference were significant( F/P value was 16.23/0. 0041 and 15.42/0. 0072 respectively ). There was positive relationship between the expression of TLR4 and HIF-1α( in cervical cancer (γ = 0.491, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion TLR4 participates in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer,and it is related to HIF-1α.
