摘要
运输过程中对冲击情况进行检测并保存冲击波形,将有助于货物破损分析和包装的改进设计。由于冲击波形捕获系统采用电池供电方式,低功耗设计是捕获系统的关键技术要求。在此提出一种以单片机MSP430为核心,250g量程的传感器构成的低功耗冲击波形捕获技术。该系统适用于电池供电和空间受限以及便携式应用场合。
During the transport,detecting the shock and preserving its wave pattern can benefit the analysis of damaged goods and the improvement on packaging design; and considering the fact that low-power design means great to the battery-powered shock wave capture system,a MSP430 MCU-cored and 250g-range sensorsupported low-power shock wave capture technology was presented for the battery-powered and space-constrained work environment where only portable device can be allowed.
