离心泵变频控制对流量控制性能的影响分析 被引量:12

摘要 在过程控制领域中,流体运送系统中流量调节方法主要有节流调节和离心泵变频调速调节。将离心泵的变频调速调节与节流调节进行比较,分析并证明了节流调节能耗大但受干扰波动程度相对较小,调节较快;而变频调节存在流量较低时会使阀后压力过低,及在流量设定值或容器压力变化时动态响应时间较节流调节要慢的问题。通过推导及模拟仿真表明:变频调节在过程控制中是存在一定局限性的。 In the process control,both throttling regulation and variable-frequency regulation can constitute centrifugal pump's flow control in fluid transport system.Comparing its variable-frequency control(VFC) with throttling regulation shows that the throttling regulation asks for more energy consumption together with relatively smaller disturbed fluctuation and faster adjustment,and the variable-frequency control encounters lower downstream pressure while the flow gets lower,and the dynamic response time of variable-frequency control becomes longer than that of throttling regulation while the flow' s set point and the vessel pressure change suddenly.Derivation and simulation results show that VFC has limitation in process control.
