基于虚拟仪器的多路炸药加热控制系统设计

摘要 设计了一套多路温度加热控制系统,该系统采用虚拟仪器LabVIEW作为上位机控制软件开发平台,下位机为智能化程序PID调节仪,通过RS485通信控制实现炸药加热控制。具有加热程序编程、温度、升温速率、升温时间设置以及温度采集、显示、打印、回放等功能,控制软件界面友好,满足用户要求。 A heating control system for multi-channel temperature was designed to adopt Labview as the superior control software' s development platform and the intelligent PID controller as the lower machine; and through RS485 communication control,the explosive heating control can be realized.The system boasts heating programming and the setting of heating temperature and rate and time,and the function of temperature acquisition,display,print and playback as well as the friendly interface for control software.It can satisfy customers.
