江西省休闲农业发展的现状及对策

Study on the Present Situation and Countermeasures of Leisure Agriculture Development in Jiangxi Province

当代中国的休闲农业成长于上世纪80年代,至上世纪90年后期,伴随着我国农村产业结构调整的大潮,休闲农业在我国有了很大发展,并取得了很好的经济效益和社会效益。但江西省休闲农业的发展始终处于精品少,规模小的初始样态,与其所拥有的得天独厚的乡村自然景观和人文景观格格不入。充分挖掘我省乡村自然资源,引导商业资本投资农业开发,使我省休闲农业上规模,上层次,充分释放其所承载的强农福民的价值功能,理应成为江西省解决"三农"问题的政策选项。

Leisure agriculture of contemporary China started to develop from 1980s to 1990s. With industrial structure adjustment in our rural areas, great development has been seen in leisure agriculture and economic and social benefits achieved as well. However, the development of leisure agriculture of Jiangxi province is still in the initial stage, small in size, lacking high quality goods, which is incompatible with the unique natural and human landscapes. Some countermeasures of the three agricultures problems can be adopted by Jiangxi province as follows： the natural resources in rural area should be exploited to the full extent; commercial capital can be introduced to invest in agriculture projects, which can not onlY promote the size and level of agriculture, but also benefit the farmers.
