摘要
针对某化工厂链条炉排蒸汽锅炉的运行能效低的现状,对现有形式炉拱所起的作用进行分析,提出了锅炉炉拱"三二二"设计法的炉拱改造方法,并以用此方法成功改造了此台锅炉炉拱为案例,说明锅炉炉拱的节能改造的重要性。
Against one chemical plant＇s chain furnace row steam boiler of low running energy efficiency, the function of the existing furnace arch is analyzed. Herein ＂322＂ design method to its arch transformation is proposed. And also, taking this method to have completely modified its arch efficiency as the example, the importance in modifying furnace arch to save energy is stated and expatiated.
