摘要 NS1蛋白(non-structural protein 1)是A型流感病毒重要的非结构蛋白,作为流感病毒的致病因子,NS1通过多种方式增强病毒的致病性和毒力。就H5N1禽流感病毒NS1蛋白的结构与功能进行了综述。 NS1 is an important nonstructural protein of influenza A virus. It enhances the pathogenicity and virulence of the virus through several mechanisms. This review summarized the structure and function of NS1.
