超千米深井软岩巷道支护数值模拟研究

摘要 分析目前软岩巷道支护现状,并对软岩巷道的特征和软岩巷道支护困难原因进行总结;根据某矿轨道下山围岩条件,设计出合理支护方案,利用FLAC3D数值模拟软件进行模拟验证,并在轨道下山中进行工业性试验,通过观测,巷道整体变形大大减小,底鼓比原支护平均减少450mm,满足矿井的生产需求。 The paper analyzes the present supporting situation of soft rock roadway and sums up the characteris- tics and the causes for difficult supporting of soft rock roadway. According to surrounding conditions of track downhill in some mine, a reasonable supporting scheme has been designed. Using FLA3D numerical simulation software to test and verify, industrial test has been taken in the orbit winze. The test shows that the roadway deformation decreases and floor heave decreases 450mm compared with original support, which can meet the production need of coal mine.
