摘要
针对目前低透气、难抽采特困煤层及因瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔不严造成抽采过程中漏气严重、抽采浓度较低的状况,提出了胶囊封孔技术,研制了胶囊封孔器用抽采管、胶囊、专用注浆封孔材料及专用注浆泵。胶囊封孔技术在义煤集团新义矿业公司12041工作面皮带顺槽进行了应用。应用结果表明,经过91天的抽采后,采用胶囊封孔技术的钻孔平均瓦斯抽采浓度保持在34%以上,而经过相同时间的抽采,采用聚氨酯-水泥砂浆封孔的钻孔平均瓦斯抽采浓度已不足7%。
Aiming at the problems of low extraction concentration and serious leak due to poor sealing borehole in the extraction of low-- permeability and difficult-- mining seam, the author introduce the application of capsule sealing technology with drainage pipe, pouch, special grouting and sealing materials and grouting pump in belt crossheading of 12041 working face of Xinyi Mining Co.. The application results shows that the average gas drainage concentration with capsule--sealing technology maintains in 34% above after 91- day drainage, compared with the average of less than 7 % with polyurethane--cement mortar sealing method.
