煤炭资源开采引发了一系列采动损伤与环境问题,"绿色开采"是一种遵循循环经济绿色工业的原则,形成开采与环境协调一致,实现"低开采、高效率、低排放"的开采技术,是煤炭工业健康发展的必由之路。本文从保水开采、煤与瓦斯共采、减沉技术等几方面进行了原理阐述,并对未来发展提出建议。

Coal resources mining triggered a series of mining--induced damage and environmental problems. ＂ Green mining＂ is the only road in healthy development of coal industry following the principle of circular econo- my and green industry, which makes mining in harmony with environment and achieves low extraction, high ef- ficiency and low emissions. The paper expounds the principles of green mining from aspects of water preserving mining, simultaneous extraction of coal and gas, subsidence--reducing technology and presents some sugges- tions on the future development of green mining.
