摘要
针对矿用提升钢丝绳缺陷检测的实际需要提出钢丝绳无损检测方法,检测系统通过提取损伤信号特征量,进行定量识别,提出基于最小二乘法的定量识别技术。经大量测试和实验表明:所研究开发的缺陷信号分析处理系统基本实现钢丝绳的无损检测,其信号分析处理结果也与钢丝绳实际故障情况基本符合,具有较好的实用价值。
Aiming at the actual needs of mining hoisting rope defect detection, the method of nondestructive testing of wire rope was put forward, quantitative identification was conducted by extracting the characteristic quantity of damage signal, and quantitative identification technology based on least square method was proposed. Quantity of testing and experiments shew that faults signals processing system studied and developed could basically realize nondestructive testing of wire rope, the signal processing results were also in line with actual faults situation of wire rope, which had good practical value.
