摘要
认为图书馆信息服务系统具有与自组织相似的特征,试图通过借鉴自组织理论,探讨优化图书馆信息服务。为此提出应重视自组织管理,增强系统活力;突破传统框架,建立开放式的信息资源服务;树立创新意识,重视内因诱导和协同效应。
The paper considers that characteristics of library information service system are similar to characteristics of self-organization, and tries to discuss how to optimize library information service by means of theory of self-organization. The paper proposes to pay attention to self-organization management to enhance system＇s vitality, break traditional framework to establish an open information service, foster innovative consciousness, and regard internal cause inducement and synergistic effect.
