摘要
中学美术教育旨在开发学生的智力和培养学生的审美能力,但在实际的教学过程中,有很多因素制约或干扰着美术课的正常进行,使得素质教育的效果受到了影响。影响素质教育的外部扰动因素主要有社会、自然环境、学校等方面,内部扰动因素主要是教师个人素质、业务水平等。
the purpose of middle school art education is developing students' intelligence and cultivating aesthetic ability. However, in the process of teaching, there are many factors restrict or interfere normal teaching order. These factors influence the effect of quality education. The external interference factors include society, environment and school. The internal interference factors include teachers" personal qualities, teacher's professional level etc.
