人工髋关节置换术后坐骨神经损伤原因分析

目的分析人工髋关节置换术后坐骨神经损伤原因,提出相应防治办法.方法回顾我科2008年1月至2013年3月行改良Gibson入路人工髋关节置换术364例患者中5例坐骨神经损伤的病例,分析其术后发病情况及治疗经过,总结坐骨神经可能损伤原因,并提出相应对策.结论人工髋关节置换中坐骨神经损伤并不常见,但属于较严重的并发症.针对性处置术前、术中、术后相应情况,可减少坐骨神经损伤的发生.
