企业文化建设与企业思想政治工作既有本质的不同,又在关注人的思想和行为方面有着互通性和天然的联系.在改革开放和建设有中国特色社会主义市场经济的新形势下,无论是国有企业还是民营企业,其企业文化建设与企业思想政治工作实现有机结合势在必行.本文着重论述了企业文化建设与企业思想政治工作各自的内涵,并重点介绍二者的异同点和联系,以及在当代企业发展过程当中两者结合的重要性和意义.

Corporate culture and ideological ＆ political work are essentially different, but they have interoperability and natural connection in terms of concerning about people＇s thinking and behavior. With the ongoing reform and opening up aiming at the construction of a socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics, whether state-owned enterprises or private enterprises, it is very necessary to achieve an organic combination of enterprise culture and ideological and political work. This paper discusses the nature of corporate culture and ideological and political work, emphasizes the comparison and connection between the two systems and as a conclusion, points out the importance and meaningfulness of their combination in practice.
