438名实习护士安瓿伤发生情况的调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of Sharp Injuries of 438Nursing Students

目的了解实习护士安瓿伤的发生现况及其影响因素。方法采用自制问卷对广州市5所三级甲等医院的438名实习护士进行调查。结果438名实习护士中,392人近3个月内发生安瓿伤约1368人次,平均发生安瓿伤1.041次/(人·月),发生率为89.5%。线性回归分析显示,实习护士安瓿伤的发生次数与其实习时间、安瓿大小、掰安瓿未使用纱布、掰安瓿时有紧张心理有关(P<0.05)。结论实习护士发生安瓿伤的情况较为普遍,有必要在临床大力推行防护器具的使用,强化职业安全宣传教育。

Objective To understand the status and influencing factors of practice nurse＇s ampoule injury. Methods Totally 438 nursing students from 5 grade-three general hospitals in Guangzhou city were inves- tigated by self-designed questionnaire. Results Totally 392 of 438 nursing students occurred sharp injuries 1368 times. Incidence of sharp injury for nursing students was 89.5%. Within 3 months,of the ampoule in- jury person-time, the average monthly injury rates 1. 041/person,the linear regression analysis showed the ampoule injury occurrence frequency and practice time, snapping ampoule ampoule size, without the use of gauze,breaking ampoule with psychological stress were the influencing factors （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ampoule injury of nursing students is very common, it is necessary to vigorously promote the protection apparatus in clinical and strengthen the occupation safety publicity and education.
