摘要 目的评价尝试错误法在智能仿真模拟人(emergency care simulator,ECS)护理综合实训教学中的效果。方法方便性抽样选择2009级护理本科护生88人和2008级涉外护理本科护生76人,按随机数字表化将其分为两组,A组采用尝试错误法进行ECS护理综合实训教学,B组接受传统的ECS模拟情境教学,比较两组护生的模拟考核成绩及教学满意度。结果尝试错误法教学组的模拟考核成绩和教学满意度均优于传统教学组(均P<0.05)。结论尝试错误法可以提高ECS模拟教学用于护理综合实训教学中的效果,提高护生对教学的满意度,有助于缩短护理理论与临床实践的距离。 Objective To evaluate the effect of trial and error on ECS comprehensive nursing practice teaching. Methods Total of 88 undergraduate nursing students from class of 2009 and 76 foreign-related nursing undergraduate nursing students from class of 2008 were randomly selected, and divided into two groups according to random number table, with group A accepted the teaching method of trial and error ECS comprehensive nursing practice teaching, while group B accepted traditional ECS scenario simulation teaching. Comparisons of the simulation assessment results and teaching satisfaction degree between two groups were taken. Results The results of simulation assessment and teaching satisfaction degree from group A were superior to group B (P^0.05). Conclusion The method of trial and error could enhance the effect of ECS on nursing practice education,improve the teaching satisfaction of nurse students,and help to shorten the distance of nursing theory and clinical practice.
