预注法对罗库溴铵或维库溴铵起效作用的影响 被引量:6

Effects of priming on the onset time of rocuronium and vecuronium

摘要 目的 :观察预注法对罗库溴铵和维库溴铵起效作用的影响。方法 :2 0例全身麻醉患者 ,随机分为四组。组Ⅰ注射罗库溴铵 0 6mg/kg ;组Ⅱ首先注射罗库溴铵 0 0 6mg/kg ,3min后再注射罗库溴铵 0 5 4mg/kg ;组Ⅲ注射维库溴铵 0 1mg/kg ;组Ⅳ首先注射维库溴铵 0 0 1mg/kg ,3min后再注射维库溴铵 0 0 9mg/kg。术中连续监测神经肌肉传导功能 ,分别记录四组注药后肌松作用的起效时间。结果 :①四组患者在身高、年龄、体得、性别比、血红蛋白含量等均无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,②组Ⅰ与组Ⅲ比较 ,肌松起效时间分别为 (1 4± 0 3)和 (4 8± 0 2 )min ,组Ⅰ明显短于组Ⅱ (P <0 0 1)。组Ⅱ与组Ⅰ比较 ,起效时间无明显差异。组Ⅳ与组Ⅲ比较 ,起效时间分别为(1 5± 0 4)和 (4 8± 0 2 )min ,组Ⅳ明显缩短 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :本研究的结果表明 ,2倍ED95罗库溴铵与维库溴铵的起效时间 ,维库溴铵明显长于罗库溴铵 ;预注 10 %插管剂量的维库溴铵 ,能够明显加速维库溴铵的起效时间。而罗库溴铵预注效果则不明显。 Objective:To evaluate the effects of priming on the time of rocuronium and vecuronium.Methods:20, ASA grade Ⅰ Ⅱ patients undergoing elective plastic surgery were randomly allocated to four groups. Three minutes after a bolus of normal saline 1 ml, rocuronium 0 6 mg/kg and vecuronium 0 1 mg/kg were administered in group Ⅰ and group Ⅲ, respectively. Group Ⅱ and Ⅳ received a priming dose of rocuronium 0 06 and vecuronium 0 01 mg/kg followed by a intubating dose of rocuronium 0 54 mg/kg and vecuronium 0 09 mg/kg. The priming interval was 3 min. The onset time was recorded and analyzed.Results:.Onset time in group Ⅰ and group Ⅲ were (1 4±0 3)and (4 8±0 2)min, respectively and the onset time of group I was obviously shorter than group Ⅲ ( P <0 01)。There was no different between group Ⅱ and group Ⅰ, (1.3±0 2)and (1.4±0.3)min. In group Ⅳ and group Ⅲ, the onset time were (1.5±0.4) and (4.8±0.2)min, respectively. Onset time in group Ⅳ was significantly shorter than group Ⅲ ( P <0 01). Conclusion:The onset time of rocuronium was significantly shorter than which of vecuronium. Rocuronium was ineffective in priming itself. Vecuronium was effctively in priming itself.
