高职院校自动化类专业毕业生就业状况分析

Employment of vocational college graduates in the specialty of automation

通过对石家庄职业技术学院自动化类专业毕业生近3年就业状况的调研,发现其就业具有就业区域集中、初次就业岗位以操作类岗位为主、就业行业以电子信息及机械制造业居多、跳槽率高等特点。要优化就业,需加强学生素质教育,加强"双师型"师资队伍建设,开展多种形式的就业指导。

A survey is done of the employment of the automation graduates in recent 3 years in Shijiazhuang Vocational Technology Institute. It is found that the employment field is narrow,their initial jobs are in operating position, and most are in information technology and manufacturing industry. The rate of their second job-hunting is high. Therefore, career guidance should be enhanced in the quality education and construction of double-professional teachers.
