摘要 教师教学效能感是教师素质结构中重要的组成部分,对提升大学生综合素质、树立教师职业形象和提高课堂教学质量具有重要意义,但目前思政课教师教学效能感的整体水平较低主要受到外部环境和教师自身因素的影响,因此有必要从增强教师自身教学能力,建立健全教学培养体系,对教师实行人本化管理,提高教师职业认同感等方面构建社会、政府、学校、教师个人四位一体支持体系,优化教育教学环境,激发教师的教学责任感和价值感,共同提高教师的教学效能感。 Teaching efficacy is an important part of teachers" quality structure and plays a significant part in strengthening college students" comprehensive quality, shaping college teachers" professional image and improving classroom-teaching quality. At present, however, college teachers are poor in teaching efficacy of the course of ideological and political theories mainly due to the influence of external environment and teachers" individual conditions. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a four-in-one support system which consists of society, governments, schools and teachers in order to optimize the environment of knowledge teaching, arouse teachers" senses of teaching responsibility and self-value and mutually improve teachers" teaching efficacy by means of srengthening teachers" teaching ability, establishing and perfecting the teaching and training system, practicing humanistic teacher management, improving teachers" professional identity, etc.
