摘要
通过问卷调查获取数据,运用因子分析法和Logistic回归分析法,研究三亚星级酒店员工流失影响因素。研究表明三亚五星级酒店员工流失影响因素主要集中在工作环境、组织管理、工作性质三个方面。其中工作环境主要表现在酒店知名度、工作宽松度、酒店的前景、对员工关心、上下级沟通和同事关系。薪酬与管理主要表现在工资待遇、提薪机会、福利待遇、晋升机会、激励机制、绩效考核和企业文化。工作性质主要表现在劳动强度、工作稳定性、工作时间和价值实现。工作环境、组织管理、工作性质对酒店员工流失都有影响,其中组织管理影响程度最大,其次是工作性质,最后是工作环境。
The data are acquired by questionnaires. The impact factors are researched by factor analysis and logistic regression. The results suggest that the staff turnover impact factors of star hotels in Sanya included three aspects such as working environment, organization management, and work nature. Working environment are mainly on hotel popularity, working fitness, hotel development prospects, concern for staffs, supervi- sor-subordinate communication and relationship between colleagues, organization management are mainly on wages and treatment, salary raising opportunities, social benefits, promotion opportunities, incentive mechanism, performance appraisal, and corporate culture. The work natures are mainly on labor intensity, job stability, working time, and selbworth realization. Working environment, organization management, and work na ture have impacts on staffs~ turnover of star hotels in Sanya. Organization management is the most significant; work nature is the second; working environment is the last.
