摘要
技术创新对于经济增长有巨大的推动作用,而R&D和专利数则是反映技术创新的两个主要指标。本文利用中国1990—2011年的数据构造上述三指标的VAR模型,通过格兰杰因果关系检验,利用脉冲响应函数和方差分解来研究技术创新对经济增长的影响,得出R&D投入对于专利正向影响进而由专利对经济的促进作用,同时也发现R&D对于专利和经济促进效率不高,并针对结论给出一些政策建议。
Technology innovation play a significant role in promoting economic growth, R&D and the number of patents are the two main indica tots of which can reflects the level of technology innovation. We use the sample period 1990-2011 from China to estimate a VAR model about the above three indicators. The text use Granger causality tests, impulse response function and variance decomposition to study the technology innovation's influence on economic growth. From the study, we make the conclusion that the cost of R&D have a positive effect on patent, so patent can improve the economic. At the same time, we can find that promote efficiency of R&D to patent and economy is not high. As for the above conclusion, we make some policy suggestion.
