Research of Undergraduate Computer Internship Model Based on the Stakeholder Theory

实习是高校计算机专业本科生重要的实践教学环节,从利益相关者视角,对与实习相关的学生、实习单位与高校等直接利益相关者进行分析,运用流程管理方法依次研究了实习准备、实施和结束后效果评估三个阶段特点,在此基础上,对计算机专业大学生实习模式提出了对策建议。

Internship is an important teaching segment for computer undergraduate students. This paper analyze the related partners including students, internship units and universities from the perspective of stakeholders, then study the internship preparation, implementation and evaluation by using the process management method. Implications are discussed in the paper.
