高校加强大学生党员后续教育的路径探讨

目前高校学生党建工作发展迅速,成绩显著,但是在学生党员后续教育上仍存在意识相对淡化、管理力量相对薄弱、教育途径相对单一、考核制度相对落后等问题。高校可以通过建立专兼职党建工作队伍、完善教育管理体制、拓展教育途径等方式,切实加强学生入党后的教育管理。

The CPC construction of college students has a notable achievement after a rapid development. But several problems have appeared at the same time, such as weakness of consciousness, lack of educational affair of students accepted by the Party, single education way, backwardness of examination and assessment system, and so on. The colleges could strengthen the instruction management of the students who joined the Party by building part-time CPC construction team, exerting the basic branches, and improving the evaluating and superintendent system.
