Occupational exposure protection knowledge survey for international travel healthcare center staff

目的了解国际旅行卫生保健中心医务人员对职业暴露防护知识和技能的掌握及需求情况,为今后制定干预措施提供科学依据。方法通过自行设计的调查问卷对山东出入境检验检疫局下属的三个分支局保健中心共计64名医务人员进行问卷调查。结果职业暴露防护知识与技能涉及到的11个问题中回答正确率最高为75.0%,最低为37.5%,接受过职业暴露培训的仅占18.8%,迫切需要对职业暴露进行培训的占93.8%。结论国际旅行卫生保健中心医务人员普遍缺乏职业暴露防护知识和技能的应用,应加强相关方面的培训。

Objective This paper aims to understand occupational exposure protection knowledge and skills for the international travel health care center medical personnel , and to provide a scientific basis for the future interventions. Methods Using self - designed questionnaire to conducted a questionnaire survey among 64 medical staff in three branch bureau of Shandong Inspection and Quarantine Bureau health center. Results Among the 11 ques- tions related to occupational exposure prevention knowledge and skills, the maximum accuracy rate is 75.0% and the minimum is 37.5% ; only 18.8% have received occupational exposure training, 93.8% have an urgent demand for occupational exposure training. Conclusion International Travel Health Care Center staffs are generally lacking of the application for occupational exposure protection knowledge and skills, training in this area should be strengthened.
