正交试验优选核桃楸皮中有效成分的提取工艺

Optimization the extraction process of effective compositions from Cortex Juglandis Mandshuricae

对核桃楸树皮粗粉进行提取分离,鉴定所得产物并优化提取工艺。将核桃楸药材粗粉,经乙醇回流提取,乙酸乙酯和氯仿萃取,后经反复硅胶柱层析梯度洗脱得到3种黄酮类化合物。以正交试验考查最佳提取工艺。通过正交试验得到提取核桃楸树皮有效成分的最佳工艺为以8倍核桃楸粗粉质量的75%乙醇回流提取3次,每次历时1.5 h,并用核磁共振的方法对所得化合物进行鉴定。乙醇回流提取并分离得到核桃楸树皮中的杨梅素、柚皮素、橙皮素3种黄酮类单体是可行的。

To optimize the extraction process of effective compositions from Cortex Juglandis Mandshuricae.
