Fuzzy Grey Comprehensive Evaluation and Prediction Analysis of Chongqing's Social Development Level

党的"十八大"在强调以经济建设为中心的同时,更是提出加快健全基本公共服务体系,加强和创新社会管理,推动社会主义和谐社会建设;构建和谐社会的核心,在于社会发展水平的监测和预控;基于统计年鉴数据,构建了重庆市社会发展水平的评价指标体系,进行了灰色模糊综合评价,并利用灰色建模进行了预测,以达到对重庆市社会发展水平评价和监测的定量分析。

The 18th National Congress of Chinese Communist Party proposes to accelerate and perfect basic public service system, strengthen and innovate social management and push forward socialism harmonious society construction while highlighting to take economic construction as the center. The key to constructing harmonious society is the monitoring and pre-controlling of social development level. Based on statistical yearbook data, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of Chongqing＇ s social development level, conducts grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and makes prediction by greyly modeling in order to make supervision and quantitative analysis of Chongqing＇ s social development level.
