基于TMS320F2812 DSP的CAN总线矿用语音通信系统设计

摘要 分析了当前煤矿井下广播系统的弊端,提出了一种基于DSP的CAN总线矿用语音通信系统的设计方案;系统利用DSP芯片TMS320F2812作为处理器的核心器件,利用器件本身的A/D通道采集语音数据,CAN总线发送语音数据,外接D/A转换芯片DAC7724输出语音信号,实现语音对讲功能,完成了该系统软硬件的设计,并在测试中取得了很好的效果。 This paper analyzes the disadvantages of current coal mine broadcast system, proposes the design scheme of mine voice communication system based on DSP and CAN bus, whose system takes DSP chip TMS320F2812 as the core device of its processor, uses A/D channel of the device itself to collect voice data, uses CAN bus to transmit voice data and delivers voice signals by connecting D/A conversion chip DAC7724 to realize voice dialogue function, accomplishes the hardware design of this system and obtains good result in the test.
