摘要 台湾高雄餐旅大学提出"四化"办学理念,即人文化、专业化、企业化、国际化,在餐旅学生职业素质养成教育中得到有力体现,培养了一大批具有国际意识的餐旅精英,其"四化"教育特色对高职院校旅游专业学生职业素质养成教育在打造特色环境、拓宽学生专业知识、完善校企合作机制、培养学生国际化意识等方面具有重要的启示作用。 The school running concept of National Kaohsiung University Of Hospitality And Tourism (NKUHT)is to build the university to be of human cultural, specialized, entrepreneurial, and international. This concept has been perfectly realized in professional capacity training of hospitality and tourism majors, and a large number of international talents have been cultivated. The successful school running concept gives great inspiration for talents training of tourism major in higher vocational colleges on the following aspect: teaching environment creating, students' knowledge broadening, system building for cooperation between school and enterprise, students international awareness establishing, etc.
