摘要
本文以高职暖通空调专业工学结合"准员工2+1"人才培养模式的改革为例,确定暖通空调专业发展方向,制定人才培养目标,搭建专业课程体系,落实人才培养模式改革的保障体系。实践证明,该模式对暖通空调专业高素质技术技能型人才的培养具有一定参考价值和借鉴意义。
This essay explains the "quasi-employees 2 + 1" talents training mode reform of vocational HVAC specialty from four aspects: determining specialty development direction, setting talents training mode, constructing curriculum system, and confirming talents training guarantee system. It is proved in the reform practice that this training mode is of reference and value for higher-skill talents training of HVAC specialty.
