摘要
40岁以下的年轻干部具有年轻有为、学历较高、思维活跃、精力充沛等特点。年轻干部选任工作存在选任程序不规范、选任透明度不高、干部倾向低龄化、晋升提拔速度过快等问题。目前,改善年轻干部选拔任用工作,应规范选任工作程序,选任全程公开透明,明确年轻干部晋升提拔年限,确定不同职级干部年龄底限,加强年轻干部教育培训工作。
Young cadres are characterized young, good educational background, active thinking, full of vigor etc. The problems of young cadres to choose and appoint are as follows: The choosing procedures are not standardized;the procedures are not too trans parency;the age is younger tendency; the promotion speed is too fast. To improve the work of young cadres to choose and appoint, the choosing procedures should be standardized and regulated, the procedures should be full open and transparent, promotion period of young cadres should be specified, the minimum age of cadres of different ranks should be determined, the education and training of young cadres should be strengthened.
