摘要
该文对 14个毛白杨三倍体无性系和 6个二倍体无性系盆栽苗的光合垂直变化和功能叶净光合速率进行了测定 ,对光合指标与生长的相关性进行了分析 .结果表明三倍体无性系和二倍体无性系的光合垂直变化基本趋势相似 ,但在光合速率的波动幅度上存在着差异 .生长快的三倍体无性系下部叶片能维持较高的光合速率 .功能叶净光合速率在无性系间存在显著的差异 ,各光合指标与苗高和地径的相关均达到显著或极显著的水平 ,其中以净光合速率×总叶面积与生长的相关最紧密 ,相关系数在 0 80以上 .
The within tree photosynthesis and the net photosynthetic rate were studied in 20 Populus tomentosa clones, including 14 triploid clones and 6 diploid clones. Similarity in the within tree photosynthesis patterns was found in 3 triploid clones: B330, B301, B304, and 2 diploid clones: BM33 and BM86, but higher photosynthetic rate was found in the old leaves of clones B330 and B301. Clonal differences in the photosynthetic traits were significant and repeatabilities of the photosynthetic traits ranged from 0.756 1 to 0.830 5 . The photosynthetic traits were significantly correlated with stem height and basal diameter, and the whole tree photosynthesis showed a more significant correlation with growth( r >0.80).
