摘要
为改善三倍体毛白杨木材的性质 ,实验中先后用水玻璃和硫酸铝溶液处理毛白杨木材 .浸入木材的硅酸根离子与铝离子结合 ,在木材微纤丝间隙和管胞 (或纤维 )的胞腔中生成硫酸铝沉淀 ,从而使木材中填充大量的无机物 ,得到毛白杨无机复合木材 .无机复合木材的抗收缩系数可达 5 1.2 6 ,其阻燃性和硬度也有较大改善 .
To improve the properties of Populus tomentosa wood, a composite material was produced by the impregnation of water glass into the Populus tomentosa wood followed by precipitation with an aluminum sulfate solution. Aluminum silicate was produced in wood by replacing the natrium ions in the water glass with aluminum ions, and the inorganic substances were deposited in the lumina of tracheids, vessel and other components. The characteristics of the composite materials were examined. The results indicated that the composites materials were obviously possessed of good capabilities for dimensional stability, fire resistance and rigidity. The ASE values were 51.26.
