早期胃癌的治疗现状

摘要 早期胃癌（earlygastriccancer，EGC）最早由日本学者提出，是指肿瘤仅侵犯胃黏膜或黏膜下层，不考虑肿瘤大小及是否伴有淋巴结转移。随着诊断方式和检查技术的提高，EGC的诊断率大大提高，在日本甚至达到所有胃癌的50％以上。目前，治疗EGC的主要方式仍是外科开放性手术，但随着对EGC中肿瘤侵袭及淋巴结转移的深入认识，微创手术更为广泛、
