长非编码RNA在心脏中的研究进展

摘要 随着人类基因计划的完成和新的基因测序技术的发展，发现在人类全基因组序列中不足2％的基因能编码蛋白，而其余绝大部分基因序列也被普遍转录为非编码蛋白RNA（noncoding RNA，ncRNA），其中长非编码RNA（long noncoding RNA，lncRNA）是指长度〉200个核苷酸、缺少特异完整的开放阅读框、无蛋白质编码功能的RNA。
