显微夹闭术结合高压氧治疗颅内动脉瘤的研究进展

摘要 颅内动脉瘤(intracranial aneurysm,IA)是自发性蛛网膜下腔出血最常见的原因,其病程隐匿,起病突然,二旦发病,死亡率或致残率非常高,因而被称为颅内的“不定时炸弹”,是最危险的脑血管病之一。目前显微夹闭手术在国内外动脉瘤治疗上依然占重要地位。作为一种新的治疗方法,高压氧(hyperbaric oxygen)在动脉瘤显微手术后作用正在逐渐为人们所重视。现就该方面的研究进展做一综述。
