摘要
该文综述了近年来染色体原位杂交技术 (ISH)在植物亲缘关系研究中的应用 .文中介绍了 3种基于不同探针类型的ISH技术 ,以及该项技术在植物供体基因组的识别、不同供体基因组之间关系和物种形成过程中供体基因组的变化等方面的具体应用 ,文章还指出了ISH在该领域的应用前景和它存在的局限性 .
In Situ Hybridization (ISH) which has been applied in the plant relationship researches was reviewed in this paper. Three probes of the ISH, the total genome DNA, specific repetitive sequences and rDNA, were introduced. The application of ISH to identify the genomes of putative ancestors and analyze the relations among different genomes in the polyploid species and the change of the genomes in the polyploid speciation progress were addressed in detail. Moreover, the prospect and the limitation of ISH were also discussed in the paper.
