可溶性B7H3分子在肺癌患者血清中的表达及其临床意义

Expression and clinical significance of soluble B7H3 in serum of lung cancer patients

目的通过检测可溶性B7H3(sB7H3)分子在肺癌患者血清中的表达水平,评价sB7H3分子在肺癌诊断及治疗中的临床应用价值。方法收集上海中医药大学附属龙华医院支气管肺癌患者血清标本196例作为肺癌组,收集各类肺炎患者血清标本50例作为良性疾病组,以及60例健康体检者血清标本作为健康对照组。采用ELISA法检测各组人群血清中sB7H3水平,比较和分析sB7H3表达特点。结果肺癌组sB7H3水平显著高于良性疾病组与健康对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),良性疾病组与健康对照组间sB7H3水平差异无统计学意义(P=0.139)。肺癌患者sB7H3水平与患者的年龄、性别、组织病理分型及临床分期无关(P分别为0.503、0.133、0.810、0.074)。手术治疗的肺癌患者sB7H3水平高于未手术治疗的肺癌患者,差异有统计学意义(P=0.014)。结论 sB7H3在肺癌患者的血清表达量升高,对肺癌的辅助诊断具有一定的临床意义。

Objective To detect the expression of soluble B7H3 in serum of lung cancer patients,and to explore the clinical sig nifieance of soluble B7H3 in diagnosis and treatment. Methods 196 specimens out of the corresponding patients who had been diag nosed with lung cancer by gonghua Hospital Shanghai University of TCM were collected. 50 patients with other pulmonary diseases （（）HI）） were chosen as OPD group. 60 specimens of heallhy people were collected as normal group. All the sB7H3 levels of the specimens were detected by ELISA and then the expression characteristic of sg7H3 could be analyzed. Results The sB7H3 levels in lung cancer patients were significantly higher than that of （）PI）group and normal group（P~..0.01）. There was no significance between OPD group and the normal group（P =0. 139）. No significant difference of sB7H3 levels was observed in patieits of differ ent sex,age,histological subtype or tumor slage（P =0. 503,0. 1.3,0. 810,0. 074）. The sB7H3 levels of lung cancer patients with operation were significantly higher than those without operation（P=0. 014）. Conclusion sB7H3 is a valuable biomarker for lung cancer. And il suggests a clinical significance in the anriliary diagnosis of lung cancer.
