摘要
利用木屑培养基分两批进行食用菌菌种保藏试验,菌种保藏时间分别为10年和7年,进行活性测试。结果表明:菌种在长时间保藏之后,有较高的存活率,菌丝在萌发、生长方面均未受到显著影响,该法比较适合生产用菌种的保藏。
Two groups of strains of edible fungus were preserved with sawdust medium. Spawn activity was tested after long- term preservation of 10 years and 7 years. The results showed that the spawns had a higher survival rate and mycelium in the germination and growth areas were not significantly affected after long time of preservation. The method is suitable for preservation of strains for production.
