利用实时定量PCR检测四种肠道致病病毒

摘要 病毒感染是多数非细菌性消化道疾病的来源,病毒能够破坏免疫系统,还会引多种并发症。人体肠道致病病毒感染及扩增主要发生于消化道中,宿主还会随粪便将大量病毒释放到周边环境中。目前,世界各国普遍缺乏对肠道致病病毒快速准确的检测方法。本课题组针对轮状病毒(rotavirus)、诺瓦克氏病毒(norovirus)、星状病毒(astrovirus)、扎幌病毒(sapovirus)基因工程检测方法进行研究,建立了利用实时定量PCR及常规PCR方法同时检出多种病毒的检测方法。 Objective:The majority of enteric virus caused the non-bacterial infection. That virus could destroy human immune system. Enteric viruses may also cause conjunctivitis. Human enteric virus infection and replication mainly present in the digestive tract of an infected host. They release large amount of viruses with stool to the environment. At present, there is no fast and accurate detection of intestinal pathogenic virus method. Method: In this study, rotavirus, norovirus, astrovirus and sapporovirus were studied. Conclusion: The method was established for detection of a variety of viruses using real-time quantitative PCR and conventional PCR.
